Making great coffee is as much as science as it is an art. For example, did you know that it is agreed within the coffee-loving community that a ratio of 55 grams of ground coffee should be used for every litre of water? That water shouldn’t be boiling either; it should be between 195-205°F. Only by knowing these facts and combining them with your own personal flair and eye for detail will you truly achieve coffee-making excellence! That’s why here, at Coffee Beans, we will strive you bring you the genuine facts and science behind coffee making, so that you can use it in your art.
